Where You Bin???

A lot of peeps bin asking me why are you ghosting, and to be honest I've just been working super hard trying to get our Saculles and George loose ends tied up. Building a brand takes so much energy and theres been times where i've sat down and tried to post some substance but literally have fallen asleep on the qwerty. So forgive me people its hard work out here and I'm not a super hero i'm human and my weeks have been 90hr+ for months you'd be tired too believe me it catches up at some point weather you want it to or not you can't run from it.

Anyways Christmas is upon us yet again, 12/12/12 was this year special for some not to others. This xmas doesn't feel like Christmas though might have something to do with people really thinking the world is gonna end so WTF is the point, but if it was wouldn't that be even more reason to go out with a BANG!!! I guess not. Something in the air has this "I Can't Be Arsed" kinda attitude this year, and with how money is for the average person these days they simply just don't have the cash to buy ridiculously over priced goods for their spoilt little shites.

For me Christmas is gonna be cool chillin' with family and friends and taking time out to rest ready for the crazy schedule of 2013 a year some are saying will be a complete dud just because the number 13 is usually seen to be unlucky but fuck that it may be unlucky for some but for me its gonna be another dope year.

My week hasn't started too great feeling a piece low as things are piled so high around me at the mo, and an ever growing cross gets heavier and heavier as days go by putting me on bended knee as if I was a member of Boyz II Men. "It was all good just a week ago" to quote many rappers. Amazing how life can bounce from shit to sugar, and from sugar to shit in a matter of days but such is life I continue to move forward. I needed to take some time out, chill and get my creative juices flowing. While sippin a long island iced tea I was going through my scrap book and found some interiors that sparked a few thoughts, inspired a few ideas and reminded me that i'm on the road to next level luxury. I'll get my chance to design something like this.

Magic Moments

Before thoses life changing moments take place, there's usually the moment when your gut feeling tells you it gonna happen before it comes together. Sometimes months, weeks or even yrs before and in other cases seconds, minutes and hrs. Lately i've bin feeling this I don't know how drastic the change in my life is gonna be but I feel that there is something in the atmosphere's energy that is about to send my life into hyper speed. Will keep ya posted.

Right people like I mentioned its been crazy these last few months, work load really piled up. Working on new Saculles and George collections, settling into my new apartment etc etc etc don't wanna bore you all with irrelevant snippets from my dairy or layout pads. But I'm back and won't be going on hiatus again with out touch base regularly.

I know i'm late on this but it's a great example of The Problem Child Collection by Saculles and George. Jay Z has definitely made it from a problem child to a star and it has been a great journey to witness and i've always found him inspiring. Wish I could of been at one of the shows when he Opened the Barclays Center but from all the way here in the UK it wasn't happening especially with the work schedule. Finally Back!!!

Woah it's been over a month since i've bin on here, time really flies. This past month has bin so crazy but exciting a lot happening which will be revealed soon. Apologies for the lack of updates, I will make it up to you all. For now though here is the last shoot we did for the Problem Child Project called 'The Journey Of Stars' introducing Jazmyn Proud shots by Dean Lewis. The shoot was based on the up hill climb, stress and struggle when your on the come up from the bottom to the top. Enjoy.

Far From Nowhere

I woke up this morning pulled the curtains back and was greeted by a gloomy looking grey sky and wet pavements from the none stop rain over the last few weeks. I remembered how me and the team used to walk the roads day in day out rain or shine plotting and planning a way to a secure and more stable future. As I turned on my iPod to shuffle random, this track by Nipsey Hussle ft Rick Ross filled my apartment. I started making breakfast and began thinking about back in the days when we had nothing and was flat line broke as mu'fucker. I draw all kinds of inspiration form interior design, a room with a particular feel, mood, smell, lighting etc just sets my mind off. Doesn't always have to be high end laps of luxury mind you, the concepts and ideas just seem to flow when i'm chillin' in a good room thinking while making sense of my brain storms. I don't live in any of these insane spaces that i'll be posting, but I am definitely aspiring to create one some day.

Bowls of Shit & Honey

I was watching "The Wire" on box-set this morning while eating breakfast and in this particular episode Thomas Carcetti who is a politician that rose up through the ranks from his city council seat that no one really gave two shits about, to the Mayor of Baltimore then Governor of Maryland where he discovers it ain't always so easy to make good of a bad situations. In this particular episode he was talking about him trying to do the right thing and how bowls and bowls of shit just keep landing on his desk day in day out. After the episode I took a pause to grab another cup of juice and browse the web as I do and Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory site popped up and for one of his picks of the day confirmed Carcetti's situation and how it filters down into our everyday society. It's creatively funny, made me laugh not just because of the picture but the fact of it being so true.

All jokes aside though we have to pick the sense out of the non-sense because this is what is happening all around us and most of us sit at the table of citizens most parents work at the company average citizens for years upon years. Generations are brainwashed  from the shit these people put on television to mind fuck you into non existence I don't wanna go into a big ol' rant on control tactics, the government, corporate marketing structure etc......... the list goes oooooooonnnnnnnn. I know our trendsetters are about fun and living life to the max. But while we are all living just remember and be aware of the food you feed your mind because not everything you eat is good for thought.

I got the Blue Chips mixtape by Action Bronson bumpin' today, cant ignore the fact that the Queens (NY) rapper reminds me of Ghostface in his tone of voice but I can see past that and enjoy the music. I'm having a bit of a reminiscent day and Mr Bronson fits the mood.
